Our MD, Jackie Samuels, embarked on her company secretarial career as Assistant to the Company Secretary at Saatchi & Saatchi, before being appointed as an Assistant in the in-house company secretarial department at Clifford Chance. She then became Manager of Gravitas - the company secretariat at City law firm Nicholson Graham & Jones. Having studied law part-time, Jackie became a trainee solicitor at the Central London law firm of Courts & Co where she then worked as a Solicitor specialising in company and commercial law. Currently, she is the Honorary Secretary to The Leeds Law Society.
Jackie enjoys the opera, sudoku and water sports.
